I show as a competitor, as well as announce and run a show series. I can say hands down that Horse Spot is the best system we have used. It's super easy, user friendly, and has live updates. It has made our lives so much easier! I'm not a tech person lol I teach kindergarten and I find it incredibly easy to use. The whole team at Horse Spot is amazing! “Easy” is not ever a word used in our sport, and the same applies to the paperwork. It is so evident the thoughtfulness that went into Horse Spot to de-stress and simplify the “boring” stuff. I want to tell you two things that were so great to find. First, the results entry is so much faster for me than previous programs. Second, when I combined two divisions with two different heights, the system generated the correct heights.

I used Horse Spot for the first time this weekend at The Ridge for online entries and it was so user friendly, straight forward and fast! I love this app. As a User Experience (UX) Designer for software applications, by day, and assisting with show management on weekends, I was blown away with Horse Spot! I help run a small local horse show series and we switched from horseshowing.com to Horse Spot for so many reasons: (1) User-friendly for both managers and competitors—no more interface from the 90s. (2) Cloud based so you aren’t tied to a specific computer to use, and can login on your phone! (Life changing as a secretary doing updates on the run). (3) Multiple logins allowed—helpful so that not only your secretary can log information (results, scratches, etc) but your gate people, judges, and also announcers can. Or anyone else who you train to help out! Frees up your secretary to do the secretary only tasks. (4) Seriously the BEST customer service. You have a question, problem, issue, Michael and the team gets back to you so fast! Have a suggestion to improve the software? They listen and incorporate your feedback! A seriously amazing team of people. We switched because this was so much easier for management and competitors.

Horse Spot made everything so easy! I even handled a refund payout and two payments that came in on the Monday following the horse show in like 5 minutes. Took care of all of it myself, instead of bothering my secretary! It was truly magical.
